Meet Daniel Johnson, founder of Insulated Concrete Solutions LLC.
Growing up on a dairy farm instilled in him the value of hard work and a hands-on approach that he still carries into every project today. Daniel got his start in the concrete industry on September 11, 2001, joining a concrete crew and spending the next six years perfecting his flatwork skills. He then took over an ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) installation business in northwest Wisconsin—an endeavor that quickly became a 20-year focus on building basements, full concrete homes, multi-level structures, and concrete gables.
Through firsthand experience with a variety of ICF products, we discovered that SuperForm stands out as the strongest, most user-friendly block on the market. Its family-run manufacturing and commitment to quality and continuous improvement make it a standout choice for professional builders and homeowners alike.
In 2024, Daniel—together with his wife Kendra and their five children—relocated to the beautiful Kenai Peninsula in Alaska. There, they founded Insulated Concrete Solutions LLC with the goal of bringing the benefits of SuperForm to local residents while embracing the hunting and fishing lifestyle they love. With a passion for excellence and a dedication to customer satisfaction, the Johnson family is committed to delivering top-quality ICF construction solutions across Alaska.
