The SuperPex Panel is a hydronic floor panel made of high-density expanded polystyrene for insulating residential and commercial buildings. The SuperPex Panel has unique mushroom-shaped pucks that lock the PEX tubing firmly in place. To maximize performance and ensure a premium installation experience, our puck is engineered with precision to the perfect height, width, and shape.
The 4’x4’ panel is designed to maximize the square footage able to be placed at once while maintaining an easy, user-friendly experience, with our unique interlocking shiplap to lock the panels together. Hydronic tubing is then easily inserted into the panels by walking on the tubing and locking the tubing in between the pucks. Concrete is poured on top of the panel to the required thickness, encasing the tubing, pucks, and any reinforcement in place.
